Just Like Windex


Remember in the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding when Toula’s dad fixed everything from zits to dry hands  with a splash of windex? I feel the same way about Bikram yoga. There are ton of testimonials all over the web that proclaim a regular practice of Bikram yoga can help cure symptoms of depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, obesity, and a zillion others maladies. In my case, my regular practice has helped free me from a lifetime  of intense anxiety and depression. Nothing can beat the winter blues quite like the humidity of the hot room! Top it off with my recent purchase of this super cozy scarf from Lululemon and I am ready for the brutal Austin winters! :)
