My favorite scene of Wes Anderson's movie Darjeeling Unlimited is when the three brothers have to toss all their luggage to the wayside in order to get on the train they are running to catch. Being a third grade teacher, I carry so many bags for my lunch, yoga clothes, papers to grade, and computers that my husband has started calling me his bag lady. Heavy as these bags weigh on my shoulders, they are very light compared to the all the emotional baggage I carry around with me especially at the end of the day. But no matter how bad a day I have had, being in the torture chamber forces me to let go of my "weight." After the yoga buzz sets in after class, I feel lighter.
I couldn't find a clip of the scene I was referring to but watching the "official trailer" makes me want to rent the movie again.
